Payment terms: 10% upon signing the pre-contract, and the remaining 90% is paid after obtaining the usage permit and the condominium conversion property registration. It will also be possible to purchase the apartments through a bank loan. The buyer does not pay the real estate transfer tax, and if this is their first property, they will be able to request a refund of half the VAT from the state. The completion of the building is expected in July 2026.
